Nikki’s life goal is to power people with audacious solutions, armed to tackle the globe’s most intractable challenges. She seeks to disrupt at the intersection of tech and scalable social impact.
She is Assistant Professor of Business at Minerva—teaching startup finance, marketing and social entrepreneurship—reinventing university experience and building 21st century global leaders and innovators.
Nikki is on Delta’s Global Talent Team to craft leadership development and mentor culture strategies. She is EVP Impact eThree + Director Partners ZSchool, pioneering a digital platform with influencers, brands and charities so GenZ can effect change. She works with Global Citizen—a movement harnessing voices of influencers, world leaders and corporates with 8M Global Citizens to end poverty, raising over $39B in commitments and driving 24M+ digital actions set to affect 2.5B lives. Nikki holds executive positions with socially-driven startups to accelerate impact; one disrupts a $600B remittance industry with migrant financial inclusion.
She was Emcee + Co-Host Vienna Pioneers19, one of Europe’s flagship tech summits (2,500). Nikki moderated at 2019 Prof Biz Women of Cali SF Conf (7,000+). She was twice Speaker Oxford Capstone; once around Davos World Economic Forum event. Inspired with Pope Francis, her team converged on the Vatican to bring social investors, entrepreneurs and influencers to Laudato Si Challenge. She and colleague convened “Blockchain, AI, Impact Investing” for Skoll World Forum. Nikki was TEDx Oxford Presenter, Curator/Editor “Responsible Business” Progress Daily, Delta Comms Lead. She was Event Producer around Sundance Film Festival, Fortune 500 Charity Matchmaker, Senior Manager promoting a peace film with Nelson Mandela Foundation. She was Co-Founder + President to a UN Women Chapter and United Way Partner to move needle for refugee youth education.
